Model 800 with a 42" diameter turntable (basket not shown)
ADF manufactures three different top load parts washers. While they have similar profile and exterior looks, there is a major difference in the operating systems. One is a low volume/high pressure washer known as the 800 series. The other two are high volume/ low pressure series known as the 160 and 200 series. The information below details the differences. The 200 and 800 models are available as single stage washers or with multiple stages such as wash, rinse, and dry. A rinse stage or hot compressed air-drying are not available on the 160. In addition to standard sizes, ADF is noted for modifying or customizing a washer to the user's application.
MODEL 160: The Model 160 is our smallest parts washer and is well suited for low volume production, prototype shops, maintenance shops, and other small job type washing operations.
MODEL 800: The standard models are manufactured with a 23", 32" or 42" turntable diameter and standard part height clearances of 11". Standard pump performance is a 5 or 10 HP producing 7.5 to 18 GPM at 700 PSI. This model is standard with a stainless steel cabinet and a dual filtration system. It is well suited for applications where cleanliness specifications come into play such as medical applications.
Model 200 High Volume / Low Pressure (Top Load)
MODEL 200: The Model 200 is manufactured in different turntable diameters and part height clearance dictates the need for different pump sizes. Standard turntable diameters are 28”, 36” and 48” with others available on a custom built basis. Volumes range from 40 to 200 GPM and above, pressures from 40 PSI and up, and pumps from 2 HP to 10 HP and above. The application will determine the size of machine best suited to the application.
